What this website collects

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store any patient records. Browsing the site does not tell us who you are.

Booking form

When you fill in the booking form, your details are not saved on this website. The form simply opens WhatsApp with a message ready for you to send to the hospital. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

Website statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, for example how many people open the contact page. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and the pages you view. It does not give us your name or phone number. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on.

Lab reports

The lab report page (/portal) is part of the hospital's own system. It only shows a report to someone who enters the correct Lab ID and password from the printed slip.

Other websites

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
