Load shedding? Our backup solar power keeps the hospital running

Everyone in Sarai Alamgir knows load shedding. At home it is an annoyance. At a hospital it cannot be allowed to get in the way. Nobody should have their scan, test or treatment stopped halfway because the light went.

That is why we installed a backup solar system. Solar panels and backup batteries take over when the mains power goes, and keep our electricity running, even on cloudy days.
